The organization was established by former professional hockey players who bring elite experience and insight to player development.
Founders & Lead Coaches
Kris is a Calgary native with a long hockey career, beginning with the Calgary Buffalos and Calgary Hitmen, where he won a WHL championship.
He played in the NHL (Minnesota Wild), AHL, and top professional leagues across Europe, including German and Austrian teams, winning a championship with Eisbären Berlin.
Kris specializes in offensive development — shooting, scoring, puck handling, and offensive hockey IQ.
His coaching experience includes skill instruction across various programs and certifications such as PEP Skills Coach, and roles with junior teams and development camps.
Drafted in the third round by the Buffalo Sabres, Matt played junior hockey with the Calgary Hitmen and professionally in the AHL, ECHL, and European leagues.
Known for leadership on the ice, he excels in power skating and two-way defensive play.
His coaching background includes power skating and defensive instruction, Junior Hitmen coaching, and skill development roles at various hockey schools and programs.
Matt is also PEP certified and co-founded K&M Hockey Development with Kris.
Together, Kris and Matt blend elite playing experience with hands-on coaching expertise to provide individualized attention and performance growth for players.

Video Analytics – New service allowing technical breakdowns and performance analysis using recorded footage.
Seasonal & Themed Programs
Spring Development Program – An 8-weekend off-season training course focused on skating, passing, shooting, puck control, and hockey IQ. Includes professional coaching and a K&M jersey.
Summer Stay Ready Program – A structured multi-week summer training series with performance testing and development tracking.
Summer Weekend Prep & Seasonal Camps – Pre-season camps, weekend skill intensives, and future programs aimed at preparing players for upcoming seasons.
Fall/Winter Camps & Registrations – Ongoing and seasonal camp offerings for continuous skill improvement (often with waitlists).
Special Programs
Morning Development (“Breakfast Club”) – Early morning off-season training geared toward foundational skills and consistent improvement across age groups.
Mini Bucks – A learn-to-play initiative for 3- and 4-year-old beginners that builds basics in a fun, supportive setting with professional coaching.
High Performance Centre (HP-Centre)
A dedicated facility in Okotoks, Alberta, offering advanced tools such as:
